    Enquirers

    For all those who would like to think through whether the Christian faith is for them and what the Bible REALLY says about what it means to be a Christian. This relaxed, non-pushy, three week course is a great place not only to learn, but to feel free to ask all the questions you've every wondered about Christianity, religion, Church, how it all ties in with real life and so on.

    Foundations

    For those who have recently become a Christian and who would like the tools to grow in their new-found faith, this five week course looks at The Bible, Prayer, Discerning God's will, Relationships, Stewardship, The Holy Spirit and Evangelism.

    Shaped for Significance

    This six week course takes a look at the Spiritual Battle in depth. It also gives people the opportunity to do the Discovery course; this enables people to understand more deeply the ways in which God has gifted them.

    School of Theology I & II

    This two part course gives a chance to look deeper into the realms of theology, discussing questions such as Does God really exist, Is the Bible accurate, The Case for Creation and much, much more.

    Leadership Training

    At Kingfisher Church we have an in-depth training program for potential leaders and current leaders. We believe that it is essential for both leaders and group members for leaders in the church to be fully trained and equipped to lead effectively. The Course is accredited by the National Open College Network (NOCN). The programme is in two parts and starts with the introductory level:
    - The Introductory Level is accredited by the NOCN at Level 2 with 3 credit
    - Part 2 is accredited by the NOCN at Level 3 with 3 credits


    Who can receive this training?

    - Members of the Kingfisher Network of Churches who have been invited to attend the Leadership Development Programme

    - Members of other churches who have been recognised by their church leadership as having leadership potential or who are currently serving in a leadership role.

    Prayer Counselling Training

    Training to enable effective Prayer Counselling ministry in the local church - Approved by the Association of Christian Counsellors and available for other churches to attend.

    The Marriage Course

    The Marriage Course is designed to help any married or engaged couple strengthen their relationship. If you have a strong relationship this course will help you make it even better. If on the other hand your relationship is in difficulty, the course will help provide you with very practical tools to help you work through the issues.
