The whole Christian message can be summed up in this one word – LOVE! God so loved us that He sent Jesus, Jesus laid down His life as a sacrifice for us – the greatest act of love this world has ever seen! Jesus commanded us to be carriers of His love, to love God, to love each other and even to love our enemies. He said the way we love will show the world that we follow Him! Love is defined and explained so clearly in 1 Corinthians 13 and we get to be transformed by God’s love and to be sharers of it! How amazing to know that I am loved and to be able to love others back to life! Love – when everything else passes away it’s love that will remain. It is the most powerful and potent force on the earth and we get to experience it. Lord, help me not to reduce love to the level of my feelings but to embrace the truth of Your love for me. Help me to love like You, Amen 😊❤
