There have been times in my life where I have felt that God was far away and I’ve prayed, ‘God, where are You?’ But I’ve learned over the years that my feelings don’t always tell me the truth! The better question is to ask myself, ‘Where are you?’ Because God promises never to leave us and His promises are true! If anyone’s moved away it’s me, but no matter how I feel, I can know that God IS there and He can be trusted to walk me wherever I find myself! My feelings are often a result of me not running to Him, but escaping to other places, but how amazing, the presence of Jesus, always there to lead me safely home as I turn back to Him 😊
