Having faith in Jesus is not just my belief about Him in my head, it’s more about my response to Him as He stirs things up in my heart. Will I be obedient to the things He says? Will I make a positive response to get close to Him, to turn my attention away from all that distracts and make time to talk to Him and get to know Him better? What might God be wanting to teach me and show me today? Where might He be wanting to lead me? Or what might He be wanting to restore or heal in me as I lean in to Him? Lord, hear me as I pray. Be merciful and answer me! My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with me,” and my heart responds, “ Lord, I am coming.”
I’m praying that each one of us would have those God encounters this week as we respond to His call and talk with Him! And as we do, let’s share with someone else the things He says and the things He does! 🙏🏼
