Our enemy will do anything he can to stop us sharing the good news about Jesus. I have been so aware recently of his attempts to engineer discouragement, anxiety, and to distract me from the mission I have been calling our church to. But my eyes are on Jesus, my heart set on worshipping Him! He IS Lord of my life and I’m good for the fight, how about you? Last night I had the privilege of explaining my hope as a believer, sharing the gospel with someone who is in desperate need of knowing the love of God and the power of Jesus Christ! But it reminded me that there is such a battle going on for people’s hearts and minds. Souls are at stake and the enemy doesn’t fight fair! We need to pray for each other, for protection and for courage as we go public and do what Jesus has called us to do! If you are struggling in your faith right now then tell someone, don’t give the enemy ground, don’t let him steal from you the very reason you are here🛡🗡💪🏼🙏🏼
