As a Christian, my faith is based on the truth that God is good, His love is eternal and His faithfulness lasts forever! That’s why Jesus came to seek and to save us: that’s why He died for us; that’s why heaven is now open to us! Our response as we approach His throne of grace, coming boldly and confidently before Him, needs to be one of thankfulness! Thanks will take us in and keep us in pursuit, and thanks will keep our hearts supple and seeking after Him. From today I am encouraging all of us to start and end each day with thanks. As you get out of bed this morning, stretch, lift your hands to heaven and thank God for five things. Then before you go to sleep tonight write down five things you are thankful for from today. And go say thank you to the people in your life who you are thankful for! Let’s make this our new routine if we don’t do it already and see what a difference it makes 😊🙌🏼
