When times are difficult or confusing it is not easy to make giving thanks our go to place, but it is vital that we do! God isn’t telling us to ignore the difficulties or pretend they are not there, in fact He tells us to cast all our cares on Him, to tell Him what we need, but giving thanks will bring balance to our troubled minds, it will help us focus on that which is good, and that there are always blessings to be appreciated and enjoyed when we start looking for them. It protects us from a negative mindset and keeps our faith and hope fuelled! Thank You Lord that Your mercy is new every morning, thank You that with You there is always a good plan. Thank You that You always give me another chance. Thank You that my life is safe in Your hands, and thank You that I don’t have to work it all out on my own! Amen 🙏🏼😊
