What a prayer! Some people will tell you that the free way is to just go your own way. And yes, it’s true that you can decide to go whichever way you please, but you are not in control of where those roads lead! Being on a road where you are not sure of the destination, without a map or a SatNav, just driving by instinct might feel free in the moment but it always leads to dead ends. Freedom actually comes when you have your destination locked in, and you know you are heading in the right direction, With God as your Satnav and Jesus in control of the journey, it frees you to enjoy the ride, to appreciate the view, and to help others find the right way too! So I’m praying this prayer daily, Lord, don’t let me take a wrong exit, keep me on Your road, listening to Your reassuring voice, and following Your commands. Fill me with the peace that comes from travelling with You. I love being on this freeway! Amen 🙌🏼😊
