With so much evil being seen and spoken of in news stories it is easy to lose confidence. Psalm 27 is a great reminder though, that in the midst of troubling times we have a refuge we can run to and strength we can draw on as we turn to God. Waiting on the next news report will probably bring more worry and fear, but waiting on God (trusting in, clinging to, and relying on Him) will renew our strength! Lord, as I spend time with You today help me to hear You and experience Your peace and joy, knowing that my times are in Your hands. Amen 🙏🏼
