I saw a post the other day that I have found really helpful over this last couple of weeks. It was a simple prayer, a statement of faith, the post telling me that as I breathe in to say the word, ‘Abba,’ which means Father, my dad! And then as I breathe out to say the words, ‘I am Yours!’ It reminds me of who I am in Christ, it reminds me of who is in control of my life, it reminds me to trust God, it reminds me that God is with me, it regulates my breathing and overrides any worrying or intrusive thoughts. Abba, I am Yours! It is so good to to be constantly reminded with each breath, that I am no longer a slave to fear or anything else, cause I am a child of God. Try it! 🙌🏼🙏🏼
