“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV
Memorisation verse – week 20! It’s our penultimate week of verses to remember since the start of August, how’s it going? Temptation is a fact of life, even Jesus was tempted, but giving in to whatever is tempting you is not a given! In those moments let’s remember this verse and not forget that with God all things are possible, He’s the One who gives us strength, He’s the One who offers refuge, He’s the One who frees us from guilt and shame. Thank you Lord for always being there to help me navigate through the trials and temptations of life. Keep me on this road that leads to peace. Amen 🙏🏼
