“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:11-13 AMP
These verses were spoken to a people who wereabout to spend decades in captivity in Babylon, but God still had good plans for them, they would still prosper, He wasn’t done with them yet, and circumstances would cause them to return to Him, to seek His good will and to see their fortunes restored! Lord, wherever I find myself in life right now, thank You that You haven’t finished with me yet! Thank You that I can still know the good plans you have for me. Lord, stir my heart to pray, to seek Your face, and to follow Your will! May I come to understand more and more that it’s in You I find all that I truly need. Amen 🙌🏼❤️
