Just sending out a reminder this morning that Jesus is still King and Lord of this universe! We might look at our world and think that it’s out of control and falling apart, but God IS working His purposes out, and He IS holding it all together. He’s been doing it for thousands and thousands of years and He’s not stopping now! From the moment He spoke it all into being He had an unstoppable plan for creation that is still on track. We know the end of the story (or is it just the beginning of another one?), that this world will go through tribulation, but Jesus will return, and all things will be made new! Lord, thank You that You always have a plan, I so want to be in on it, filled with the joy and hope of all that is to come. Help me to trust You through the trials You said we would encounter, to take heart in the knowledge that You have overcome this world through Your death and resurrection. Amen 👆🏼🙌🏼😊
