I love this whole song of David that he sang when he was rescued from King Saul who was trying to kill him at the time! It might have been a challenging situation but David could see how God had used it all to train him up as he had put his trust in Him! Lord, help me to have that same perspective, to stand on Your promises and to be armed with Your strength, sure-footed despite the difficult terrain! Help me to understand that You are training me up for a purpose, growing me in faith, so I can be fit for the battle, whatever is thrown my way! I look to You for protection today, trusting that Your ways are perfect. Amen 🛡️👆🏼🙏🏼
