All too often our usual places of escape, the things we run to for refuge and comfort, can become trouble in their own right. Coping strategies can turn into addictions, our hiding places, prisons. But God offers freedom, deliverance, salvation when we turn to Him!! Lord Jesus, may You be the first place I run to for protection today. Put a song in my heart and words on my lips that will bring hope to my heart and strength to my soul! Amen 🎶🙏🏼
