Feeling the full force of the wind, and the boat struggling on the waves, my cry would have been, ‘Lord, if it’s really You, if You’re really there, stop the storm!’ But instead, Peter just wants to be where Jesus is, and somehow he finds the courage to obey the voice of Jesus! Lord, may You find my desire to be close to You, always stronger than the fears that would seek to take me away. Help me to always be obedient to Your call, with the courage to move when You speak, and may I get to experience what it feels like to walk on water. Amen 🙏🏼
