Altho there is a right sense of me inviting Jesus into my life, really we are just responding to God’s greater invitation! Through Jesus we are invited into His story and His plans, He calls us to share in His eternal glory, to enter into a life that lasts forever and to be part of something that is far greater than just me! Lord, save me from myself, from everything revolving around me! Save me from thinking I am inviting You into my life, when You are calling me into Yours! Help me to let go of my shortsighted way of thinking and living so I can walk in Your ways. May I know your restoring, supporting, strengthening power as I respond to Your invitation to come to You, to die to self, and to know You as my firm foundation, my Saviour and Lord. Amen 🙏🏼
