So much of what we hear can result in stress and anxiety, whether that be the news headlines, or the doctor’s diagnosis, or the demands of our work, and even our internal dialogue can be critical and doubt-filled at times! But we weren’t designed to deal with life alone. We were always meant to be in a secure relationship with God, under the sound of His reassuring voice, and working in partnership with Him. And we still can! Listening to Him is what will bring the peace we need, because it’s having faith in Christ that brings peace with God, peace with myself and peace with the world around me! Lord, thank You for calling me back to Yourself, help me to listen carefully as You speak peace to me today. Amen 🙏🏼
