Dull = lacking brightness, Indifferent = lacking interest
Becoming dull and indifferent is my worst fear as a Christian, for myself and for those that I lead, because we are called to be light in the darkness and to make a Kingdom difference! How do we not end up like that? By loving others, by being more interested in what God wants than what I want, my life revolving around Jesus, rather than His plans having to fit in around mine! Lord, I need you to be first in my life. Forgive me for the times when I have allowed the circumstances of life to crowd You out and to put Your will on hold, becoming spiritually dull and complacent. Holy Spirit, come ignite me again, set a fire within me, fill me with Your joy, and a passion for Your name, that my life would shine brightly for You once again! Amen 🔥🙏🏼
