Do you remember the day you first responded to the invitation of Jesus to trust in Him? The first time you realised what He had done for you? Can you recall that moment when you finally understood that He died for your sin, and that you could be forgiven and gifted eternal life? That moment of revelation that Jesus actually rose from the dead, that He was who He said He was, and is real and alive? That day, when it all started to make sense and you said ‘Yes God’? That day when His love and grace saved you and you were born again? Do you remember? I am so glad for that day, the day that changed everything for me, and I will rejoice and be glad in it! I will constantly return to the joy of what that day signified. When other days come that are difficult and testing I can look back to the day I met Jesus and be strengthened in my faith that what He started He will finish, that I trusted Him then and I can trust Him now; that He was with me then and He is with me now! Lord help me never to forget, to never take for granted, and to never lose the wonder and joy of that day! Amen 💔❤️❤️🔥
