I love the prayer of this desperate father, expressing the desire of his heart to have faith in Jesus, but acknowledging the fear and doubt still assaulting his mind! I recognise that same battle as I cry out to God; on the one hand knowing with such certainty that He is the creator of all things, and He is my Saviour King, and yet still having a mind that worries about whether He can or will meet my everyday cares and concerns? So I’m drawn once again to these words of Jesus, that all things are possible for the one who believes and trusts in Him! Lord, help me to remember, to call to mind, who You are and what You have already done. Grow me in my knowledge and understanding of You so that I can trust You with the smaller things here on earth, and have confidence to pursue the greater things of the Kingdom. I do believe in You, help me overcome my unbelief. Amen 🙌🏼❤️🔥
