“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up. Therefore, whenever we have the opportunity, we should do good to everyone—especially to those in the family of faith.” Galatians 6:9-10 NLT
Yesterday in church I was speaking on the principle of sowing and reaping, that we need to be mindful of what we want to harvest in our lives and therefore intentional about what it is we are sowing! The previous verse in Galatians tells us that those who live to please the Spirit, will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. On a day where darkness is celebrated, let’s go be light, let’s produce the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self-control as we seek to do good to everyone we meet! Lord, as I orientate my face towards You, would Your light be reflected in me, and may Your light shine through the good deeds that I do and through the words that I speak. Amen ☀️❤️🔥
