It’s the 1st of September!! A new term is about to start, the season is changing and it’s the beginning of a new school year. So much is shifting around us so it’s good to remember that God doesn’t change, He is still faithful, still merciful, still loving and powerful, still reigning, still saving, still available and today is still the day of His grace and favour! So whatever happens, whatever unexpected things come our way, whatever obstacles or trials are around the corner we CAN trust in Jesus and continue to rejoice in Him! That’s where spiritual strength is located and where faith is safeguarded, so Lord, I choose to rejoice in You today, to remind myself of Your goodness, to thank You for all You have done and all that You are doing, that I am not alone, but in Your hands and under Your care and You WILL lead me where You need me to be, equipping me and providing for all that I need, my Shepherd and my King. I rejoice and therefore rest in Your presence today. Amen 👆🏼🙏🏼😊
