This is the best news we could ever hear, this message of separation to reconciliation, captivity to freedom; Jesus doing for us what we could never do for ourselves, through His life, death and resurrection, offering us a gift that we could never earn or deserve – peace with God, close relationship with the One we were always meant to know, escape from a life dominated by sin and death, reunited with our Creator and our reason for being: to know Him, to work with Him, to love Him, and to worship Him! Lord Jesus, give us revelation and greater understanding of all that You have done to save us, and the life we can experience with You. Don’t let me settle for anything less than Your very best.
