Enemies come in many forms, not just people who are against us but maybe circumstances, old ways of thinking, intrusive and destructive thoughts, past addictions or present temptations. There are plenty of enemies waiting to trip us up and drag us down, it’s why we need to wait on Jesus, to be attentive to His voice, to practice patience, and yes, it does take being brave and courageous, and it helps being around the family of faith who can encourage us, and pray for us, and support us in those times of waiting. Lord, thank You that You ARE with us in the fight, and that we can always have confidence that we WILL see Your goodness as we continue to look to You and put our trust in You; that You are working all things out for our good as we love You and are called according to Your purpose. Teach me and lead me today Lord, I pray. Amen 👆🏼🙌🏼😊
