A refuge is a safe and sheltered place you can run to when you are being pursued or threatened and in danger! The Bible is clear that God IS our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46). When the enemy is trying to chase you down, when fear and anxiety are issuing their threats, when temptation comes knocking, just call on the name of Jesus and remember that He is good and there is nothing better than the joys that come from finding refuge in Him. Lord, thank You that You are always available, always present, always ready to help, always forgiving, always my comfort and my strength, always wise, always good as I run to You. Help me taste and see that afresh today I pray. Amen ❤️🙏🏼
