“The Lord will give [unyielding and impenetrable] strength to His people; The Lord will bless His people with peace.“ Psalms 29:11 AMP
I’ve had a really focus on peace this week and where we can find it, or more accurately in whom we can find it! This verse is from a Psalm entitled in this translation, ‘The voice of the Lord in the storm.’ The whole Psalm reminds us of the power of God as He speaks but it finishes with this promise that He will give unyielding and impenetrable strength to His people, and bless His people with peace! Unyielding is not giving way to pressure, and impenetrable is impossible to understand. Lord, I pray for that strength of faith in You today that holds on no matter what, that trusts despite how things might look, that doesn’t give up or let up but remains confident and resilient at all times! Thank you for the peace that comes from knowing I am Yours, that I am in Your hands and in Your plans! Amen 👆🏼🙏🏼😊
