“For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].“ Ephesians 2:10 AMP
One of my favourite verses in the whole Bible is worth being reminded of today! Can you say with confidence (without arrogance, lol), ‘Lord, thank You that I am a work of art!’? If not it just shows that you’re still in need of some spiritual renewal and transformation, but thank God, that’s what He does as we grow in relationship with Him! It’s as we get to know our Creator that we discover how fearfully and wonderfully made we really are; as we put our trust in His love and what He has done for us that we discover the good things He has created us for! Lord, help me to understand more of who I am in You; to appreciate and get to know the gifts and purpose I have in You; to take hold of the good life that has been prepared for me by You. Lord, thank You for making me, help me to show off Your workmanship and become the best version of me that I can be…for Your glory! Amen 👆🏼❤️😊
