Jesus talked very clearly about what the state of the world would be like before He returned. Renegade leaders, and the principalities and powers of this earth, exerting their evil intent, will not determine the fate of our planet, only God will! He is working out His plan of salvation, an eternal plan, that is right on course, that cannot be thwarted, no matter how terrible things might look in the present moment! Jesus warned us of this, that however scary the news reports get, we don’t need to panic. And He continues to say to each one of us, ‘Come to me! Trust me! Take heart! Because this too will pass, evil doesn’t win, there is a glorious life to come! Lord, thank You for your reassuring presence in the now and the hope we have in eternity. Help me to stay close to You, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end! The One who was, who is and who is to come! Amen 🙌🏼🙏🏼
