I’m back to this whole idea of how vital it is that we are mindful of what we are thinking about! This verse is part of a whole speech by Moses to the people of Israel, warning them of the temptations and distractions and dangers that could draw them away from God, warning them never to forget where they had come from, what God had brought them through, and what they had seen with their eyes! We need to keep remembering who God is, our minds filled with Him, understanding He is Lord over all, both in this life and the next! If we think less about Him our minds will be filled with other stuff, more susceptible to deception, our thoughts driving us in a direction away from God’s best! Lord, this world is a scary, confusing place to be. Please fill my mind with Your thoughts, so that I might be more alert to Your presence, Your leading and Your wisdom today. Amen 🙌🏼❤️
