This is a direct prophecy about Jesus, a promise that was fulfilled when He was born in Bethlehem, but also a promise still to be seen in its fullness when He returns! He is not a God of half promises and what He has already done gives us confident hope of what He is yet to do! Listen again, ‘The passionate commitment of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies WILL make this happen!’ Lord, thank You for Your light that leads to life, thank You that there IS light at the end of the tunnel, that we have hope because You came to us, our Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace! How amazing that I can know You and have this confident trust in Your promise that brings real peace to my heart! Help me to reflect Your light and to share that hope that is within me. Amen 👆🏼💡
