I’m hearing from lots of people this week struggling with their mental health, and as I opened the book of Psalms, I landed on Psalm 18, such a strong reminder of who our God is: My strength, my rock, my fortress, my protector, my shield, and my Saviour! Thank You Lord that You ARE with me and you ARE able to sustain me, and provide for me, and revive me, and restore me, and lead me through! Thank You that I can focus on all You have already done for me, giving me hope that You have not finished with me yet and there are better days ahead. I choose to call on Your name today and put my trust in You. Amen 👆🏼🙏🏼⛰️🛡️
