Guilt always results in sapping my energy, but knowing I am forgiven results in joy that is strength to me! There is something about reminding myself regularly that my record has been cleared of guilt, because of Jesus, that is life and health to me! Thank You Lord that I can live in the light of the joy that comes from focusing on You rather than under the weight of the guilt that comes when I focus on me. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on You today remembering that I am forgiven! Amen 👆🏼❤️
